First Weigh In

Mom down 2.4 pounds
Brenda down 2.3 pounds
Michelle up 1.2 pounds

This is a pretty good start. I would like to consistently lose about 2 pounds a week. I know that it may vary a bit, but this is a good guideline for getting to my goal weight in a reasonable time and not too fast.

Keep up the good work everyone.
