- Stop drinking pop
- Drink water
- Eat smaller portions
- Increase my intake of vegetables and fruits

- Become healthier
- Lose weight to a healthy size and reduce my risks of heart decease and diabetes
- Set a good example for my daughters
- Be able to play sports and do activities with my family and not become exhausted
More selfish reasons for losing weight
- I want to look good in a pair of jeans
- I want to be able to walk into a store and wear clothes off the shelf, not from the plus section
- To stop hating the way I look and being embarrassed to have my picture taken
